It is that time again! The winter is upon us, so it is time for our NMPL Adult Winter Reading Program offered through the generous support of the FRIENDS of New Milford Library. Patricia D'Ascoli - "Finn"
Please join us at 6:30 PM as Patricia D'Ascoli brings her humorous, yet thoughtful insights to our first of 2 'escapes' for the Adult Winter Reading Program: "Finn" by John Clinch. This is the story about the mysterious life and strange death of Huckleberry Finn's infamous father, Pap Finn. The library will provide the books.

Creative Writing Club
The library invites teens in grades 5-12 to join our Creative Writing Clubs. High school students in grades 9-12 will meet the first Wednesday of each month, from 4-6 PM. Share writing tips and ideas. Participants can also share their writing by joining the staff of "The Aura", the library's new literary magazine. NMPL Smart Boards Check out our new smart boards! See all the newest happenings here at NMPL. We have 3 boards: 1 in the Junior Library, 1 in the YA section and 1 in the main library by the front door. Very cool!!!
Mobile Access - We now offer access to our resources on your mobile devices. You can access the EBSCO MasterFile Database and our Calendar of Events on your Blackberry or iPhone and other mobile devices of your choice!
