Young Adult Council
Join the Young Adult Council for the NMPL. Get together with other teens in grades 6 and up to volunteer, plan events, have parties, create project and have fun! This group meets the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM.

Anime & Manga Club
This club is open to students in the 6th through 12th grade and meets the third Wednesday of the month. Meetings are from 4 -5:30 PM. Come be a part of the fun. Young People's Book Swap
NMPL's Young Adult Council will be sponsoring a Young People's Book Swap on Wednesday, June 20, from 2-4 PM. For each usable book brought into the Children's Library during regular library hours, starting today until June 20, participants will receive a coupon good for one book at the swap. Creative Writing Club - Grades 5-8
The library invites teens in grades 5-12 to join our Creative Writing Clubs. Middle school students in grades 5-8 will meet the fourth Wednesday of the month from 4-5:30 PM.. Share writing tips and ideas. Participants can also share their writing by joining the staff of "The Aura", the library's new literary magazine.
